PRAECAVEMUS: The motto of the foundation is, from the Latin, "Praecavemus Pro Te" which translates to "we stand on guard for thee".

The purpose of the Foundation is to assist those in need worldwide. The Foundation is working globally to help individuals with core needs – health, safety, food, clothing, shelter and education.

The Praecavemus Foundation is helping to bring off -grid electricity and light via solar power to remote villages in Africa, illuminating a library and powering a medical dispensary in Uhekule, Tanzania built through generous donations.

The Foundation is currently providing financial and administrative assistance to the building of a Childrens home in Uhekule, Tanzania that will house and provide a stable environment for children ages 6-16 that have been left without parents, mostly as a result of the AIDS epidemic that is ravaging Africa.

In the United States, The Praecavemus Foundation is excited to sponsor the Bishop John T. Walker School in Washington DC..  The Bishop John T. Walker School is a private, tuition free school with a mission of nurturing the spiritual, intellectual, social, physical and artistic development of students.

The Praecavemus Foundation is also proud to support SAVE, an Alameda County, California non-profit community based organization with a mission to provide relief from and alternatives to domestic violence through support services, advocacy and education, and to assist domestic violence victims and their families to end the cycle of violence and begin anew.
