The Praecavemus Foundation, founded in 2007, is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Foundation is an organization dedicated to keeping overhead expenses minimized and delivering relief cost-effectively to deserving causes.

The President of the Foundation is Paul Maloney. Mr. Maloney has been a financial contributor to various registered charities over the years, and has done a small measure of volunteer work in recent years for community services organizations. Mr. Maloney was significantly more active as a volunteer in high school and college and plans to return to devoting significantly more time and resources to these kinds of activities.

Mr. Maloney graduated from Georgetown University with a undergraduate Bachelor of Arts in Economics (1987), then later from Georgetown University with MBA as well as JD degrees (1996).
