The Praecavemus Foundation, founded in 2007, is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Foundation is an organization dedicated to keeping overhead expenses minimized and delivering relief cost-effectively to deserving causes.

The President of the Foundation is Paul Maloney. Mr. Maloney has been a financial contributor to various registered charities over the years, and has done a small measure of volunteer work in recent years for community services organizations. Mr. Maloney was significantly more active as a volunteer in high school and college and plans to return to devoting significantly more time and resources to these kinds of activities.

Mr. Maloney graduated from Georgetown University with an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts in Economics (1987), then later from Georgetown University with MBA as well as JD degrees (1996).

James Herger is the Vice President of the Foundation. Mr. Herger has known and worked with Mr. Maloney for several years in private business and handles day-to-day logistical support and administrative tasks for the Foundation.
